SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS

We strive to dispatch orders received before noon EST on the same day, except during promotional events. Our standard processing time is up to 1-2 business days.

We primarily use Canada Post, UPS, GLS, Loomis Express or Purolator for shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times can vary. In exceptional cases, we might ship via CanPar.

For addresses on rural routes without a street address, we exclusively use Canada Post.

Rest assured, when you opt in for shipping insurance you are fully insured against loss or damage.

You will receive tracking details via email or text once your order is on its way.

BACKORDER POLICY

At Yamalube.ca we strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, efficient, and satisfactory. We understand the importance of receiving your orders on time, especially when it comes to the parts you need. However, due to the unpredictable nature of inventory levels and supplier timelines, there are occasions when an item may be placed on backorder.

Communication: In the event that a part you’ve ordered is backordered, we are committed to keeping you fully informed. We will promptly contact you via email or text message to notify you of the backorder status. This communication will include the estimated availability date of the backordered item, allowing you to make an informed decision about your order.

Options for Backordered Items: We understand that time is of the essence, and we want to offer you flexibility. Upon notifying you of a backorder, we will provide you with the following options:

1. Wait for the backordered part: You can choose to wait for the backordered item to become available. We will keep you updated on any changes to the estimated availability date.

2. Cancel the backordered part: If you prefer not to wait, you have the option to cancel the backordered item from your order. If there are other items in your order that are available, we will proceed with shipping those items to you.

3. Cancel the entire order: If the backordered item is critical to your order, you may choose to cancel the entire order. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are here to assist you in any way we can.

Discontinued Items: In the rare case that a part you’ve ordered is discontinued and no longer available, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund for the discontinued item. Our team is also ready to assist in finding a suitable replacement, should you require one.

TERMS: This offer is valid for the item total before taxes and shipping costs, and after any discounts are applied.

Only orders shipped to Canadian addresses, excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Prince Edward Island, are eligible for this offer.

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent using the most cost-effective standard method. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

This offer is not valid for Air Stage locations or certain remote/rural areas. For these destinations, we partially cover the shipping costs.

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP OPTION

Take advantage of our curbside pickup at our store. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day.

Curbside pickup hours: Monday 8:30 am -6pm – Tuesday -Wednesday 8:30 am – 5 pm; Thursday 8:30 am – 6 pm; Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm; Saturday 9 am – 1 pm
